City Negotiator: Art Vela, Director of Public Works
Negotiating Parties: United States Forest Service and Banning Heights
Mutual Water Company
Under Negotiation: Price and terms of payment for real property interests for the City's use of the water rights and operation of the Flume system in the SBNF.

4. ADJOURNMENT
